First of all, I have to give both thumbs up to this amazingly talented recording artist who has a great stylist.
Yes I am talking about Lady Gaga...whose the darling of the fashion world... I guess all designers and stylists must love her.
Imagine, who would though of wearing all those art wear, head piece, face mask and accessories which I can say some, are not even comfortable.
Especially seen her using hard core costume/art wear masters' creations like the late Alexander McQueen, Hussein Chalayan, Thiery Mugler etc...
Reason to start blogging..

Amazing fashion jewelry designers: Erickson Beamon
The duo designers who make amazing fashion jewelries inspires me most and I've been following their creations for years and they always produce excellence and breathtaking creations.
Erickson Beamon has been a driving force in costume jewelry design for over 23 years. The brand is a partnership between Vicki Beamon and Karen Erickson, hometown friends from Detroit who share a passion for music, the arts, and fashion.
In 1982, the two girls left their lives in the Midwest for Manhattan, where they happened into jewelry design by chance while working on a fashion designer’s runway show. Frustrated that no one would lend them jewelry to accessorize the collection,

Inspirations of the upcoming The Mod House 2010 Romantic Summer Collection.
But that was before, now I think pearl beads, mother of pearl jewelries are feminine, so chic and modern...even romantic!
Pearl beads or mother of pearl beads are so easy to match with other different beads and materials...even metals, antique silvers, gemstones and leather too.
For the upcoming The Mod House Summer 2010 Collections, I'll be using a lot of pearl beads, mother of pearl charms, pendants, in different color and shapes.
Here are some pix by various designers and brands which i find inspiring:

Necklace for LyneGo & DjNiza Minx
Recently I made a necklace for each of the girls... ( Sorry David, will make something for you when i design men's jewelry)
( I guess this is a fierce name but the necklace is more soft and romantic...)
Materials: Gunmetal base, findings and footage chains, Rose quatzs, Star Rose and Pink Swarovski crystal beads.
The reason for using rose quatz and star rose because I think Lyne is an unusal good personality... she's smart, cheerful, full of humor and very supportive of my work. She also has a great voice too! This is a tribute to Lyne, beading with love and hope she will cherish this friendship like i do.
The necklace that i made for DjNiza Minx, is actually a gift as a fan to a great female disc jocker - can call her a very, i mean very talented lady... with the taste and great ear for music and talent of mixing sexy, energetic and sensual electronic sounds. I went out for dinner year end just before the new year and took home a promotion cd of hers for the hotel and I am in love with her talent... then I search and found her in fb. When i get to know her in person ( well, just texting and fb correspondance, i realised that she has a great personality too)
NizaMinx Necklace - episode 1.
material: Nickel findings & footage chains, faceted glass beads, Czech glass beads, Swarovski cyrstal beads, natural stones, metal pendants and rhinestone beads.
... after a few weeks..
Now that the girls already received their necklace...
and i'm glad they love it.
xoxo,
Veron.

Headgear ii
Made this tiara on 2007, for a pageant show... it's suppost to be the show's 10th year anniversary and the producer ordered 10 similar tiaras to be gifted to all their previous winners.
Material:
metal hair band as base,
Different shapes and sizes of Swarovski crystals - multi color coated and extra faceted cut for more shines,
Swarovski crystal rhinestone chains,
Artistic wires.
This is not difficult to make, just need steady hands and some suitable plyers to finish the job.

Headgears i
I was spring cleaning a couple of days ago, found some old photos of my previous headgear work.
Yes i love to do headgears too... All of them are for special custom orders only.
This headgear was ordered by someone from a chinese temple years back... It's the head piece of " Queen of Heaven" in the Chinese believe.
It should be a glamour Goddess headgear, and i used colorful Swarovski beads and gold base parts to make it look 'expensive'.
Materials:
Basic wig 1
hair buns 3
metal hair accessories/chopstick with dangling parts 2/3
Swarovski bicone crystals - Red, Green, Gold, Pink and Multi color coated
Gold metal jewelry findings - eye/head pins, stoppers, jump rings etc...
Cords: art wires, tigers tails, ribbons,
others: black hair (bobby) pins,
hair spray ( extra hard ;p)
and sponge ( to be placed inside headgear - for wearer's comfort)

and sponge ( to be placed inside headgear - for wearer's comfort)
I remembered i went all over Kuala Lumpur to search for a suitable wig, some hair extensions and hair buns.
I bought some existing hair accessories for the metal piece.
Used red, green yellow, pink and gold Swarovski bicone beads to weave flowers then fix them on the upper part of hair piece with art wires.
I removed those actual beads from the dangling hair accessories then redesigned with more colorful ones.
The wig part is most complicated. Having to attach the buns onto the wig and they had to be very stable... and art wires are the best cord to tie then conceal inside the wig.
There were also 2 ribbons at the each side of the headgear to fix on the wearer's head.
Another Chinese headgear " Kuanyin Goddess" was in my previous post.
