I may not write in excellent English but I do love to SHARE my opinions, what inspired me, adding my points of view in fashion, style, designs, photography, life, and my handmade fashion jewelries here with people that TRULY interested in the same topics like I do.

I believe in visuals, so I display as many photos as possible to my posts. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Alexander McQueen Spring 2012 RTW part ii - the collection

I have been a true fan of Sarah Burton's work since I saw her first collection for Alexander McQueen. She "Wow" me again with her Spring 2012 Ready to Wear collections.  I wanna say "I love the entire collection!!!" Yes, every piece of them, plus all the accessories... it's 3000% magnificent!!!!

"This is a collection about excess," said Sarah Burton, McQueen's creative director, before the show. "It's an exploration of ideals of beauty at their most extreme. We go to such lengths to adorn ourselves that we almost become our clothes or are taken over by them."

I personally think that this collection is more couture than ready to wear line - I read about  that all 34 outfits are made in UK and France, all hand sew - some by Sarah herself.  The collection includes the empire waist line,  ruffles, pleatings and draping techniques,  exquisite beading, the bold colors and the selections of different fabrics in each and every outfits.  They are just PERFECT!!!

Here are my selections of some of the strongest pieces which I adore most...although I love them all but I'm sure you'll agree with me.

Wandering which outfit you like most?  I can't make up my mind...if this is RTW, then I am so waiting to see their couture line.

Next post, I'll be featuring their jewelry and Shoes!

Alexander McQueen doesn't actually do a couture line, their ready to wear is of couture level.
